As you know, the first case of COVID-19, which affects whole world, was identified on January 13, 2020 in the world, and the first case was identified on March 11, 2020 in our country.

We, as the management of Maslak 1453, started to work on our emergency action plans as of January 13, and the actions we took have been in place since February 17, 2020.

Within this context, we want to share with you the plan we started to implement progressively.

As of Monday, February 17, 2020, the following areas of each building have been disinfected daily by specified products. When choosing the products used and deciding on the brands, we paid attention to yielding the best and most effective results. These products have international certificates in accordance with the quality standards.

• The reception, door handles, and the buttons inside and outside the elevators have been disinfected by  Ecolab Sirafan.
• The toilet bowls, washbasins and sinks in the restrooms located in the lobby have been disinfected by Ecolab Into Max , and the door handles have been disinfected by Ecolab Sirafan .
• In the floors, door handles of the flats, garbage room, the handles of the entrance doors to parking area and the handles of the fire exit doors have been disinfected by Ecolab Sirafan .
• The buttons of the elevators on the floors have been disinfected by Ecolab Sirafan .
• Ground of the floors: By mopping with bleach
• Garbage room on the floors: Containers, walls and ground have been cleaned with bleach.

 As of Monday, March 9, the following measures have been taken with respect to our personnel who are in direct contact with you.

• All of our cleaning, technical, public relations, accounting and administrative personnel work by using masks, gloves and hand disinfectants and being checked by a physician every day.
• The Receptions of the buildings, Public Relations and Accounting Offices have been arranged in accordance with the social distance.
• Disposable equipment are used for services in staff dining hall, and food temperatures are measured daily by our medical team.

As of Monday, March 23, the common use areas of each building have been started to be disinfected by Pestcheck Nano Silver Ion technology, which provides a long-lasting effect for 60 days.

As of Tuesday, March 31 , we have started to help our residents at risk or over 65 years old in shopping within the housing estate.

All of the outdoor areas are disinfected by Concentrated Biocidal Disinfectant with Hydrogen Peroxide Active Agent.
