Pursuant to Turkish law and our construction management plan, it is strictly forbidden to carry out any facade alterations and to intervene in building’s electrical and mechanical installations and to act against building permit.

In this respect, we kindly inform you that flat owners’ or tenants’ requests for alterations shall be not approved and any possible attempt shall not be allowed under any circumstance as well.

We kindly advise our residents to strictly obey the abovementioned prohibition and regulations in order not to encounter any unwanted situation and legal sanction.
